How we do it
Our process
STEP 01Coordinate early
We talk to you or your builder about the rough opening, headroom, and side room before the framing is finalized so the door fits cleanly.
STEP 02Spec the door
We help choose material, insulation, and design suited to how the new garage will be used and to the Arizona climate.
STEP 03Install and balance
Once the structure is ready, we install the door, spring system, and opener and balance everything to the door's weight.
STEP 04Test and hand off
We run the safety tests, program the opener, and walk you through operation.

Parts & materials
- Steel, wood, or insulated sectional doors
- Complete track and spring systems sized to the opening
- Openers with battery-backup and Wi-Fi options
What affects cost
Cost depends on the door and opener specified and the opening size. We provide an itemized written estimate and can work directly with your general contractor.

Questions
New Garage Build FAQ
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We regularly handle the garage-door scope on new builds and additions, coordinating with the GC on opening dimensions and scheduling so the door drops in cleanly.
When should the door be measured?
Ideally we're consulted before the opening is framed, so the rough opening, headroom, and side room are right for the door and spring system. We can also work from a finished opening.
What headroom does a door need?
Standard torsion setups need a few inches of headroom above the opening; low-headroom and wall-mount options exist when space is tight. We'll confirm what your structure allows.
