A door that squeals is running metal-on-metal and wearing itself out faster. **Grinding** Grinding from the motor head points to worn opener gears; grinding from the door points to rollers dragging or a track problem. **Rattling and banging** Loose hardware, worn rollers with play in them, or panels flexing.
